Business requirement

A training screen needs to display a grade based on the learner’s score from 0 to 100.

1. Accept a score between 0 and 100.
2. Return A for 90–100, B for 75–89, C for 60–74, D for 40–59, and F below 40.
3. Use multiple If/Else branches in one Client Action.
4. Show an error for values outside the valid range.
