Authentication

Every request requires three header parameters

POST PostConsignment −

Creates a new consignment. Returns a unique tracking number and expected delivery date.

Note: Store the TrackingNumber in your OutSystems entity. You will need it to call FetchStatus.

GET FetchStatus −

Fetches the current delivery status of a consignment using its tracking number.

Field Reference

Field	Type	Description
ConsigneeName	String	Name of the person or company receiving the package
Address	String	Full delivery address including city and PIN
ContactPersonName	String	Name of contact person at delivery address
ContactPersonEmail	String	Valid email of contact person
PartnerOrderId	String	Your internal order ID from DEXPO. Used for reconciliation.
TrackingNumber	String	Unique tracking number returned by PostConsignment
IsDelay	Boolean	True if current delivery is behind expected date
DelayReason	String/null	Reason for delay. Null if not delayed.
LastComment	String	Latest status update comment from logistics team
UpdatedBy	String	Name of the person or system that last updated the status

Status Codes Reference

Map these IDs and codes to your OutSystems entities. FetchStatus returns StatusId and StatusCode on every call.
